Last week we had October's SdJ Cooking Class and now I realize I never put up pictures or details of September's class....Jeez....Loser! So here it is.
Gourmet Sandwiches were the feature item for the
September Cooking Class.
Here was the menu:

Portobello Sandwiches with Roasted Garlic-Basil Aioli
Balsamic Roasted Cherries, Godiva Chocolate,
and Brie Grilled Cheese

Tammi, When i saw your picture of the Brie ,choc, cherry. At first glance it looks like there is a cockroach on the plate instead of a cherry. You really need to fumigate. HAHAHA
ReplyDeleteCan't decide if I really am just a shitty photog or if I'm extremely talented, but yes I do see the resemblance. Trust me, this sandwich is too good to have bugs. :)
